Securit is part of G. Vermes BV, a family-owned company founded in Amsterdam in 1948. Today, the third generation continues the business, now represented in more than 90 countries. Securit is behind the original liquid chalk marker, invented in 1987, which revolutionised the way people write and decorate – in both professional settings and private homes.
