The open top is prepared for GN1/1 containers (not included), giving you the freedom to organise salad, vegetables and other produce exactly as you wish. The integrated chopping board in front of the containers creates a practical workstation where you can prepare ingredients directly at the refrigeration unit. The two doors with insulated foam filling and adjustable GN1/1 shelves provide flexible storage space, so you can configure the interior to suit your specific needs.

Reliable cooling with minimal maintenance

With fan-assisted cooling, the GS92 maintains a stable temperature throughout the cabinet, keeping your produce fresh for longer. The automatic defrost function significantly reduces maintenance requirements, whilst the electronic thermostat with digital display gives you full control over the temperature. The saladette uses R600a refrigerant and has a low noise level of just 42 dB, making it pleasant to work alongside even in smaller kitchens.

With a width of 900 mm, depth of 770 mm and height of 877 mm, the GS92 makes optimal use of space thanks to its compact design with the cooling unit positioned beneath the cabinet.
