How to use the underframe

The underframe has 7 slots with 80 mm spacing, accommodating GN 1/1 trays (600 × 400 mm). This makes it easy to keep trays near the oven, ready to use in production, without occupying worktop space. The robust construction ensures that both the oven and trays remain stable and secure during daily use. 

It is particularly useful in busy kitchens where trays need to be swapped out of the oven quickly, or where trays must be stored at the workstation without taking up other surfaces.
