The Venix underframe is a stable underframe/oven stand, developed to support and raise Venix ovens – particularly models in the Squero and combi oven series – to a comfortable working height. This improves both workflow and safety during frequent use. 

How the underframe is used

The underframe is constructed with 6 runners designed to fit GN 1/1 trays (600×400 mm), making it easy to store trays close to the oven, ready for use during production. With a spacing of 80 mm between runners, there is room for both standard trays and various kitchen accessories. 

The robust stand functions both as a stand and a storage solution, allowing you to organise your workflow more effectively, save worktop space, and ensure your equipment is within reach without placing a burden on the work surface.
