Rotpunkt is a German, family-owned kitchen manufacturer known for its modern, sustainable and high-quality kitchens. With nearly 100 years of experience, Rotpunkt combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative technology and responsible production – all with a strong focus on design, functionality and a healthy indoor environment.
Rotpunkt produces sustainable, customised kitchens that combine German precision with contemporary design. Every solution is tailored to the individual customer and built to last for many years.
Founded in 1930 by Heinrich Rabe and Wilhelm Meyer, Rotpunkt has grown from a small wood manufacturer into an internationally recognised kitchen producer. Although the company is now highly modern and technologically advanced, each kitchen still reflects the craftsmanship and quality that “Made in Germany” stands for. With around 200 dedicated employees, Rotpunkt creates kitchens that unite function, design and durability.
The company is now led by Heinz-Jürgen Meyer, Andreas Wagner and Sven Herden, who continue the vision of delivering kitchens of the highest quality – tailored to each customer’s needs and lifestyle.
For Rotpunkt, sustainability is not just about materials – it is about the entire production process. The company actively supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals and has pursued the ambition of becoming climate neutral since 2017. With the strategy “avoid – reduce – compensate”, Rotpunkt has significantly reduced CO2 emissions through factory optimisation, recycling of production waste and investments in certified climate projects.
Rotpunkt also prioritises a safe and healthy work environment. Through the use of robotics and exoskeletons to reduce physical strain, employees benefit from improved working conditions. At Rotpunkt, sustainability is both an environmental and a human commitment.
