The refrigerated counter is designed with a robust stainless steel worktop that provides extra space for preparing ingredients directly on top of the unit. The digital Dixell temperature control allows you to set the temperature precisely as required, whilst the fan-based cooling ensures that the temperature is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet. This means less ice build-up and fewer temperature fluctuations, which both extends the durability of foodstuffs and reduces energy consumption.

Flexible interior and easy maintenance

Behind the two solid stainless steel doors you will find two adjustable shelves that can easily be adapted to different sizes of food and containers. Both interior and exterior surfaces are made from AISI 304 stainless steel, making cleaning quick and efficient. With manual defrosting (recommended 2–3 times per year), you keep the refrigeration system in optimal condition. The four rubber feet ensure stable placement on various surfaces.
