Efficient and Versatile Performance

The AH 800 ESI handles up to 60 dishwasher baskets per hour across four programmes (60, 120, 180 seconds and 9 minutes). It uses just 2.5 litres of water per cycle and features both boiler and tank heating elements for rapid heat-up. The automatic programme start is activated when the hood is closed, saving time and energy during a busy service. The machine has a usable wash height of 42.5 cm, making it ideal for plates, trays, cutlery and glasses.

The electric rinse aid dosing system and precise thermo-stop mechanism always ensure optimal rinse temperature and hygiene, regardless of the load.

Durable Construction and Thoughtful Design

The machine is built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a single-walled hood and a pre-formed wash tank with rounded corners for easy cleaning and reduced dirt accumulation. The integrated three-stage water filtration system protects the pump and improves wash water quality throughout operation. The wash and rinse arms are made from stainless steel and can be easily removed for maintenance or cleaning.

The electronic control panel displays both boiler and tank temperatures, and with the Multipower feature the machine can be adapted to different electrical installations without compromising on performance.

Use and Maintenance

At the end of the working day, the automatic self-cleaning cycle is activated, rinsing and emptying the tank of residue. It is recommended to check and clean the filter daily and to rinse the wash and rinse arms as needed. To prevent limescale build-up, water hardness should be kept below 14°f — a water softener may be used if required. The self-cleaning pump minimises the need for manual cleaning and ensures stable operation over time.
