The AF 40.30 ESI is a powerful yet compact glass washer designed to meet the high demands of professional environments. With a capacity of up to 40 dishwasher baskets per hour and a usable wash height of 30 cm, it handles glasses, cups, small plates and bar equipment with ease. The four adjustable wash programmes provide flexibility during a busy service, while the low water consumption ensures economical and efficient operation.

The electronic controls make the machine simple to operate, and the LED display shows both boiler and tank temperatures for full visibility. A self-cleaning function brings the day to a close in a simple and hygienic manner.

Robust construction and intelligent technology

The machine's cabinet is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a partially double-walled design, reducing heat and noise loss by up to 20%. For optimum service life, soft water (below 14°f) is recommended, or a built-in water softener where the water supply is hard.
