The AF 35.25 ESI is designed for professionals who need maximum performance in a compact format. With a wash height of up to 25 cm, the machine can handle glassware, cups, and smaller plates with ease. The stainless steel construction ensures a long service life and high hygiene standards, whilst the removable stainless steel wash and rinse arms make cleaning quick and straightforward.

With 4 adjustable wash cycles and a capacity of up to 40 baskets per hour, the machine is ideal for busy service areas where efficiency and reliability are essential.

Intelligent Technology and Low Running Costs

The electronic controls with LED display provide full visibility of both boiler and tank temperatures. A self-monitoring diagnostic system makes it easy to track operation and identify any faults promptly. Water consumption has been reduced to just 2 litres per cycle, resulting in lower running costs.

The Thermostop function ensures that rinsing always takes place at the correct temperature, whilst the "Green Function" reduces energy consumption during idle periods – without compromising on performance.

Regular descaling is recommended in hard water areas, and a water softener should be used if the water hardness exceeds 14°f.
