Efficiency and performance

The AU 65.65 EPI PRS is designed for intensive use in professional environments such as restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. With four flexible wash programmes ranging from 2 to 9 minutes, the machine can be adapted to any washing situation. The powerful 2.3 kW wash pump and a usable wash height of 650 mm make it ideal for pots, trays, and other commercial kitchen equipment.

The PRS system (Pressure Rinse System) ensures consistent rinsing regardless of water pressure, and the integrated thermo-stop function guarantees optimal hygiene through a constantly high rinse temperature.

Materials and construction

The entire machine body is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, whilst the wash tank and boiler are made from the more corrosion-resistant AISI 316 grade. The double-walled insulated construction reduces heat loss and minimises noise during operation. The rounded corners of the tank prevent dirt build-up and facilitate cleaning, whilst the removable stainless steel wash and rinse arms allow for easy maintenance.

Operation and maintenance

The AU series has been developed with a focus on simple operation and low maintenance requirements. The electronic controls monitor temperatures and functions in real time, and the automatic self-cleaning of the wash and drain tank at the end of the day significantly simplifies the cleaning process. For optimal operation, the use of soft water is recommended, along with regular inspection of filters and nozzles for limescale and residue.
