Efficient and Reliable in Daily Use

The AH 800 ESI + DD delivers up to 60 dishwasher baskets per hour with four flexible wash programmes of 60, 120, 180 seconds and 9 minutes. The automatic cycle start when the hood is closed saves time and reduces energy consumption, whilst the thermostop function ensures the correct rinse temperature with every wash. The built-in double dosing of detergent and rinse aid consistently delivers hygienic, uniform results.

Water consumption is just 2.5 litres per cycle, making the machine both cost-effective and environmentally friendly in operation – without any compromise on performance.

Materials and Construction

The entire machine is manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel and features a press-formed wash tank with rounded corners for easier cleaning. The hood has a spring-loaded opening, making it simple and ergonomic to operate. Stainless steel wash and rinse arms ensure optimal water distribution and even wash results. The self-cleaning vertical pump prevents blockages and minimises service requirements.

Boiler and tank elements with separate heating ensure rapid start-up and consistent temperature stability, even during intensive use in busy kitchens.

Use and Maintenance

The machine is equipped with an automatic self-cleaning programme that runs at the end of the day to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the system. The removable wash and rinse arms can be cleaned manually as required, and the durable steel surfaces are easily wiped down with a soft cloth. The built-in stainless steel filtration system prevents the build-up of dirt and keeps the water clean, extending the machine's service life.
