The Primezone at 3.5 kW, integrated into the side table, allows you to sear perfect steaks at high heat, while the side burner at 3.0 kW is ideal for sauces or side dishes. The reversible cast-iron enamel grate can be used on both sides and leaves classic grill marks on the meat. With the VARIO+ system, you can replace the central section of the grate with accessories such as a pizza stone, wok or cast-iron plate (sold separately), giving you the freedom to experiment with different cooking techniques.
