How often should I descale the machine?

The machine will automatically notify you when descaling is required, typically after 100–200 brews depending on water hardness. You can set the water hardness level in the machine's menu for a more accurate reminder.

Can I use both whole coffee beans and ground coffee?

Yes, the Dinamica+ has a dedicated function for ground coffee, so you can use your preferred coffee even if it is not in bean form. This is particularly handy if you would like to brew a cup of decaffeinated coffee, for example.
