With the DF-200 Diamond Wheel Fine, you can sharpen almost any type of material – from steel and ceramics to carbide. The stone is compatible with Tormek T-4 Original, T-4 Bushcraft, T-3, and older models with a 200 mm grinding stone. The combination of diamond coating and steel core ensures long-lasting durability and high precision.

Tormek's diamond grinding stones are characterised by their consistent shape and removal rate. They always remain flat and round, making setup and repeated sharpening faster and more precise – ideal for users who regularly sharpen the same tools.

Flat edges with side grinding

The rigid form allows grinding both on the stone's surface and on its side. Side grinding produces a completely flat edge, perfect for smaller tools such as knives, chisels, and woodcarving tools. For this purpose, it is recommended to use the Tormek MB-102 Multi Base together with the appropriate sharpening jig for optimum control and support.

Corrosion protection and maintenance

All Tormek diamond grinding stones are supplied with 150 ml of ACC-150 Anti-Corrosion Concentrate. Add 10 ml of concentrate to 250 ml of water (approx. 4%) to prevent rust and extend the stone's service life. We always recommend using water during grinding where possible, as this produces a smoother surface and protects the stone. Remember to work with light pressure – let the diamond coating do the work for you.
