Professional slicer with precision cutting
The Manconi Kolossal 250 IK is a robust slicer with a powerful gear motor built for professional use. It combines a compact design with a 250 mm blade and precise slice thickness control from 0–24 mm, ensuring consistent slices of deli meats, cheeses, and cooked meat products alike.
Ideal for supermarkets, delicatessens, and HoReCa businesses with limited worktop space.
Professional cutting performance in a compact footprint
The gear transmission gives the machine stable, smooth operation at a blade speed of 200 rpm. This ensures precise cuts even during intensive use, whilst the impressive cutting capacity of Ø170 mm or 190 x 135 mm handles larger products without difficulty. The low loading height reduces strain on the operator during extended working periods.
Thoughtfully designed for hygiene and maintenance
The polished aluminium construction not only gives the machine a weight of 28.5 kg that ensures stability during use, but also smooth surfaces that minimise friction and simplify the cleaning process. The blade, blade guard, deflector, sharpener, and product plate can all be removed, enabling thorough cleaning at the end of the working day. The built-in sharpener ensures the blade is always sharp and ready for use.
Technical specifications and safety
With compact dimensions of 577 x 503 x 427 mm, the Kolossal 250 IK fits comfortably even on smaller workstations. The machine is powered by a 230V motor with IPX3 protection (motor IPX5), ensuring reliable operation even in wet kitchen environments. The precise slice thickness control allows you to cut products in thicknesses ranging from paper-thin slices to thicker portions of up to 24 mm.

Frequently asked questions
How often should the blade be sharpened?
This depends on the frequency of use, but as a general rule the blade should be sharpened after 3–4 hours of continuous use to ensure optimum cutting results.
Can the machine handle both frozen and fresh products?
The machine is designed for fresh and chilled products. Frozen or partially thawed products may damage the blade and negatively affect cutting quality.
