The fast measurement speed of just 0.5 seconds per reading gives you instant results, saving time when quality-checking multiple items.

Versatility to cover every need

The wide measurement range of -30°C to +210°C makes the thermometer suitable for monitoring refrigeration, freezing and cooking temperatures alike. You can set two alarm thresholds with both audible and visual signals when values are exceeded, which is particularly useful for HACCP control. The backlit display ensures excellent readability even in poor lighting conditions, and the Data-Hold function lets you temporarily freeze measurement results on the screen.
