Can I use metal utensils in my Scanpan Pro SB+ wok?
Although the Stratanium+ coating is hard-wearing, it is recommended to use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to prolong the life of the wok pan.

What is the best way to clean my wok?
Wash the wok in warm water with mild washing-up liquid. It can also go in the dishwasher, but hand-washing prolongs the life of the non-stick coating.
